Yer Old Faither is a film about a Glaswegian immigrant to Whyalla who spent 40 years delivering babies, was a prolific letter writer and extreme recycler, and had a lifelong mission to green his town. Above all, though, it's the celebration of a dad.

Featuring the world premiere of "Timeless" the latest Blues, Soul and Roots album from Keith Hall, two time finalist of Chain Australian National Blues Awards. Keith and Sue Neudegg have co-written and recorded the album at their Finders Ranges studio - The Groove Shack.

Presenting a night of original music, Keith's last 5 albums have reached the top 5 in National Blues airplay charts and his band have been finalists in the ARBA SA Blues Album of the Year.

Incorporating a four piece electric and acoustic band with Keith Hall on Vocals /Guitar, Sue Neudegg on Bass/ Vocal, John Tweed on Hammond and James Judd Drums.

A dynamic night of Blues and Soul from one of Australia's top Blues Artists, showcasing 12 new exciting songs and charting hits from previous albums.

Are you looking to hone your portrait skills or simply get into art for the first time?

The Whyalla Art Group (WAG) will be hosting a six-week portrait workshop in March for people of all skill levels to come and learn from talented Lead Artist Olivia White - winner of the 2021 Port Lincoln Art Prize.

The Portraiture in Oils course is being funded through a Country Arts SA Skills Development grant and will be held on Tuesdays 10am-3pm over six sessions beginning on Tuesday, March 9.
